Over 18 content card failure

Hello - I'm trying to disable the content restrictions on my smarty account, yet on the two occasions I've attempted to do so I receive a notification saying that the card has failed and to "please select a valid credit card". The card is in my name and the money has still been taken from my account (assuming of course these funds will eventually be refunded...) What is going on? I need some assistance.

Hi @ChandraWalker you'll need a credit card to enable adult content via your dashboard. If you don't have a credit card then please get in touch with our customer care team via webchat and they will be able to do this for you.

With regard to the ยฃ1 transactions--these are automatically voided so the money will return back to your bank account.
