Hello - I'm trying to disable the content restrictions on my smarty account, yet on the two occasions I've attempted to do so I receive a notification saying that the card has failed and to "please select a valid credit card". The card is in my name and the money has still been taken from my account (assuming of course these funds will eventually be refunded...) What is going on? I need some assistance.
