Activated my SIM three days ago. My previous supplier has now discontinued my service but Smarty still hasn't ported my number. How long does this normally take.

You would expect it to be ported across on the next business day by 5pm.
If you requested the move over the weekend, those days don't count. Monday morning request should have completed by Tuesday 5pm - you should see your ported number on your dashboard to show that it has happened.

When did you give your PAC to SMARTY @GerardS_1994221?
If your number was due to be transferred to SMARTY today (i.e. 27-Apr-2023), normal SMARTY advice is everything should be completed by 5pm on your number transfer day @GerardS_1994221.
