PAC code input - you must use Upper case
Had all sorts of hassle getting my PAC code to be accepted, the chat was hopeless, he kept saying enter the number with 07xxx xxxxxx but the page insists the "0" is removed.
Anyway, PAC codes have Upper Case letters, like most people i just entered lower case and it refuses it because the code is set to accept Upper Case only.
Can I suggest that Smarty either change the code to accept lower case inputs or insert a reminder to use Upper Case letters

BUT...if they gave you the code with upper case letters, was there a reason why you did not try it exactly that way when lower case didn't work?
