saying PAC is wrong

When i enter the pac number given by my old provider it is saying it is wrong, not sure what to do

One suggestion would be to contact your old provider and get them to check the pac you've received.

You'll probably need the IMEI of the phone you used with the old provider (use *#06# to get the IMEI ).

@Danielle_326456  Is it, by any chance, over 30 days old? They expire after that time.
