@DavidKn_3465659 When the number transfers, you receive an email confirming it and also should see your transferred number on your Account Dashboard.
You need to get the phone to change the original number it has in its 'memory'. One way is to change the number in the phone settings. If that doesn't work you can put the phone into airplane mode and then back again. If that also does not work, you can do a Network Reset to force the change.
