I am sorry to hear about your recent experience regarding SMS issues.
If you have recently ported to SMARTY, it is likely that your device has not yet updated the ported number to your SMARTY SIM.
There is a simple resolution for this! You need to perform a network reset, this can be done in your device settings.
I would recommend doing a google search of your specific device to see how to reset the network settings as this has been successful in resolving this issue with other customers in a similar situation.

@MarinaC_3406443 I suspect that you have ported in your number from a previous network, but the phone is 'remembering' the number allocated to the sim.
Try a Network Reset in phone settings.
