Why if I have been with Smarty for over 2 years would |I see a message on my account saying that' my sim has been activated and do I want ot change my number'?
Am I being scammed or hacked or something?

@LynneGr_2095258 Perhaps the simplest way would be to a) check your account dashboard for anything off and then b) web chat with Smarty Support for them to check your account.
