Hi I was Wondering if Anyone Can Advise Me Please.

I've got the Mobile Smarty Package 30gig Data and Free 20gigs extra a month for £10 with Unlimited Calls & Texts,but I No Longer Need as Much Data,now I have WiFi installed in my Home,as I hadn't when I first Joined Smarty,and now I'm hardly using any Data at all,& I was Wondering instead of You Guys taking £10 out of my Bank each month as a direct debit, could I get a less Data Deal/gig )with Unlimited Texts and Calls for £5

Because I am Homeless living in Temporary Accommodation and trying to pay all the bills,and my ex partner who kicked out,I lost everything and he got me into alot of Dept,and I'm Really Struggling to find Enough Money to buy food,and I have to go to a Warming Up the Homeless Hub and try to get something to Eat There,or I'd not eat for most of the month

Many Thanks In Advance

@Jennifer-675299,

Welcome to the Smarty customer forum, we are Smarty users like you.

I've copied information about contacting a Smarty Agent (available between 8am and 8pm). They should be able to help with costs.

If I remember correctly Smarty do a plan for job seekers/ those on benefits that may be more suitable for you.

I hope contacting a Smarty Agent helps

@Jennifer-675299 You could go to your account and stop the auto-renew and choose a different plan for next month. The cheapest plan currently on offer is 4Gb for £6.

At the risk of sounding patronising, may I suggest you approach local Citizens Advice for some help with Debt Management. they should be able to analyse and advise/help you to improve your situation i.e. which bills are priority. Hope things improve for you soon.
