Recently encountered a big problem, when the Plan changed it indicated that I didn't have any data or call capacity - this was severely concerning considering I was, in the middle of nowhere and NEEDED the phone for calls data and mapping, upon getting an answer in the am I did indicate a call yet never got it...
This, alone is greatly concerning!
The site is very difficult to navigate for questions and answers when desperately needed etc..
So I truly feel this site needs simplifying desperately and a clear signage for when it's possible to get a chat going..

As with many websites these days, I agree that they have a huge amount of info as links and it is not always easy to find what you are after.
Have you tried the Smarty Help Centre?
I have found a number of solutions by putting what I want in the search bar at the top.
