I have been having a problem with my Internet connection all evening and still not working properly what is going on I recently switched networks to join smarty based on smarty saying I would have 99.5% coverage and fast and reliable data coverage so not happy

@teresat_3199914 Before sounding off, have you done a Network Status check to see if there is a local mast problem.
While Smarty tells you that there is generally good coverage with fast and reliable data, it never guarantees that you can get a good signal all of the time in every place.
You may join any network and experience a loss of service for a while - this means that you can never be 100% happy unfortunately. This is part of the reason why they point out that mobile data is no replacement for broadband.

Where roughly are you in the country? As I'm in SW London and my SIM has no mobile internet connection. There are apparently no issues at the mast.
This is the second time this has happened in 6 months. Last time it started working again 2 days later.

nothing with this is working for me Yes I’ve tried to do a network search for status and yes, I’ve tried to talk to tell them I’m using another network to try and talk to them but they won’t give me a telephone number so I can talk to them straight as I’m not a very good speller and I’m short tempered. I’ve had no Internet for over a fortnight now with this Sim and I’ve not been able to change my password on my account. I’ve only just been able to access the account eventually I got a bit of help to do that, but only that this network to me is not worth the weight

@ArthurW_3517852 The only other thing I can suggest is to raise a Complaint if you feel that Smarty Support have not given you the help you need. There is an option to receive a phone call, but it may take three days.
If that is not suitable, unfortunately you will need to pay out for a network that does offer phone support .
