Hi, I have recently installed a VOIP adapter (grandstream ht803) which has a number provided by A&A. This was tested on my home braadband connection and works fine for both incoming and outgoing calls. I then moved the adapter to a network which is provided by a smarty sim (unlimited voice and data). I can receive incoming VOIP calls without any problem, but I can't make any outgoing VOIP calls. I have had a number of calls with the VOIP provider and they tell me that all my settings are fine and they are not seeing any problem. I am told that this may be due to CGNAT or something similar. Is there any solution to get VOIP working or will I need to go to a different supplier?

I have been on the support chat and received this reply from a SMARTY support person called Arvind:
"I have just checked and confirmed, when ever any customers uses SMARTY with VoIP device, and once the device reads the network, then it would make an impact to the services and it would stop. as SMARTY doesn't support VoIP devices. hence, even if I raise this ticket with our team, they'll inform you the same."
