Recently I have been unable to make/received phone calls. Saying this not all mobiles phones. Been with Smarty many years so not a second hand phone problem. Could it be the sim card. Would I be able to request another sim card, but keep the same number, thank you

It seems that a number of phones are not compatible with the smarty version on VoLTE. You can check the article:https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/8985136-checking-if-your-device-is-4g-volte-compatible
Of course, you can also order a replacement sim with the same number via your Account Dashboard (see Lost or Stolen SIM) if you think it may be down to a sim problem.
