Can somebody explain why my Black Friday promotional upgrades have not yet been processed? My plans should be increasing from today, 1st December 2024..

Hi did you webchat smarty and tell them to move you to the promotion they should have confirmed it was done and it will take effect on your next renewal date

@David_1960 Unfortunately, we cannot tell you with any accuracy as we are not smarty employees.
As @Unitysounduk says, you need to web chat with Smarty Support Team and ask them to sort it out. Did you actually ask for the promotion, because it will not happen automatically otherwise.

I actually did the promotional upgrade from within the app. I got confirmation that it would be effective from 1st December. I've tried a chat - useless. Now I have emailed Smarty team. Hopefully, it'll be sorted soon..
