I’ve moved over from EE to Smarty. I got the text and email to say my original phone number had been ported over yesterday but I’ve not been able to receive any OTP’s from my bank and hence no access to my account. I’ve been told to wait, take SIM card out, turn phone on and off update / reset network settings but as yet nothing had worked. Does anyone have a similar experience or can offer any solutions ? I’ve tried with two different account I have and am not getting these security texts ?
