Payment Failure 4 mths running

Monthly payments are a real problem for my account - I have used 2 different bank accounts and reset the reoccurring payments 4 times now - it goes like this - I check on the app it’s all set up - yes it is - on payment day I get a text email to tell me that the payment failed - I check the app - the set up payment has disappeared and I have to manually pay my bill and again tick the reoccurring box - then I get confirmation that payment is successful - 2 hours later I get a text telling me my payment failed - check my bank - payment gone through - check the app tells me next payment due 15 June so all good - WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR PAYMENTS ????
