Hi. I keep getting your payment hasn't renewed due to payment failure every month but when I go on dashboard theres no issue... saying next payment will be in may. Also bank has taken payment

One thing you might want to do, at least until you get this fixed, is top up your SMARTY account in-store. You can find out how to do this here:
Topping up your account balance in store via PayPoint | SMARTY Help Centre
You can then use the credit you have purchased to pay your monthly plan. I usually add enough to cover one or two months, I do find it helps with my budgeting having this option as well.

@AndyPandy But surely that would add a layer of inconvenience for the OP. The main issue is that his money is being applied to the account and his service is not interrupted - he can check easily on his account dashboard without visiting any shops.
