Reagh_an I know how you feel not to have access to these vital services. I’m just going to sit it out and see if they start coming through. I’ve started getting them for one account and hope the wrest will follow suit. Luckily for the others I can choose to have the codes emailed. Hello, I’ve began receiving them for one of my bank accounts which is good as they don’t give me the option to email the code however I’m still not getting them for the others luckily I have the option to receive the OTP by email for those. I’ve moved over from EE to Smarty. I got the text and email to say my original phone number had been ported over yesterday but I’ve not been able to receive any OTP’s from my bank and hence no access to my account. I’ve been told to wait, take SIM card out, turn phone on and off update / reset network settings but as yet nothing had worked. Does anyone have a similar experience or can offer any solutions ?
