Hope you get it fixed! Funnily enough, a couple of hours after posting complaints on here, a week's worth of texts from my bank, Ebay and PayPal all came through at once. CANNOT RECEIVE two-factor verification code by text from my bank. Therefore, I cannot access my online banking ever again if I stay with your network. I'm in the same situation as you. Switched to Smarty a week ago and can't access online banking because I can't receive the bank's verification code. About to go back to my last provider, who I was with for NINE YEARS. Nope... just sitting on my hind end in my flat, using my phone the way I've always used it, just with a Smarty SIM instead of my last provider's, who I'm about to go running back to with my tail between my legs.
