I activated my Smarty SIM one week ago. After submitting my PAC and mobile my previous provider disconnected my number
one week later it’s impossible to find out why Smarty has failed to implement the transfer. Shocking customer service

@NickBra_2083441 Did you not receive notification from Smarty of a hangover date after you input your number and PAC?
