Hello,

I have called today to request my voicemail to be turned off and the minute I have confirmed to customer services my number when they ask me if thats the number I want to switch my voicemail off from, my connection completly switched off. And when I say off, I mean the full network is off since half day. When my sister tried calling it says "number not recognized". And I just moved my number to Smarty. Please fix this issue as I do not want to loose my phone number. I spend almost 2h with customer service and nothing. We tried everything, APN settings, network reset, moving sim card to another device. Its just completly off. HELP PLEASE!
