I did not realise I was signing up to a plan. I only wanted to buy the device so that I could then buy either an Italian of Portuguese SIM card when in these two countries. I tried the Smarty card and it does not work. Plus your customer service is terrible

@LindaWa_2276728  You are not writing direct to Smarty here.This is the Community forum made up of customers like you. We cannot access your account.

You didn't buy the device from smarty, so not sure why you think that you are in a 'plan'. With Smarty, the 'contract' is only for a month and there is no obligation to continue after that.

I'm pretty sure that you need to be in the UK in order to activate a Smarty sim in the first place - perhaps that's why it doesn't work?

You will need to web chat with Support Team if you have further account issues.
