I have done everything I need to do to activate it and I have been waiting for an email since yesterday and still nothing has shown up

@MichalK_2216184 We are the Community forum and not smarty directly, so you may need to start a web chat with the Support Team.
Have you checked your account dashboard? If a number and Smarty plan shows there, it means that you have successfully activated the sim.
