PAC code not activated

Hi I gave the pc code and was due to switch yesterday but then said it's expired before changing? Pac code says 20 days left so I re entered it and now says Monday? Thank you. Brad.

Nah it was scheduled for Friday

@BradGel_3442229 You could query it with Smarty Support via web chat. For whatever reason it didn't go through yesterday, the next opportunity is still Monday due to weekend.

Yeah says Monday but now I'm locked out my WhatsApp until then
