@ChrisWi_2090044 We are customers like you and so cannot check your account - you would need to web chat with the Support team for them to do that.
Is your phone showing a Smarty signal?
Does your dashboard show your sim as active and a current Smarty plan?
Check these things first before contacting Support

This is the Smarty community forum, we are Smarty users, we dont work for Smarty.
When you say “You are back from France and still have no service” IF you tried to activate a Smarty SIM overseas, it won’t activate - Any SIM from any any network has to be activated in its home country in the first instance, which in Smarty’s case, is obviously the United Kingdom.
Have you checked your dashboard now that you are back in the UK, to check that your SIM has been activated, have you bought a plan to allow you to use the Smarty service ?
