I'm backmfrom.france and still no service. Please help.this is so awkward for me. Thanks.

@ChrisWi_2090044 We are customers like you and so cannot check your account - you would need to web chat with the Support team for them to do that.

Is your phone showing a Smarty signal?

Does your dashboard show your sim as active and a current Smarty plan?

Check these things first before contacting Support

This is the Smarty community forum, we are Smarty users, we dont work for Smarty. 

When you say โ€œYou are back from France and still have no serviceโ€ IF you tried to activate a Smarty SIM overseas, it wonโ€™t activate - Any SIM from any any network has to be activated in its home country in the first instance, which in Smartyโ€™s case, is obviously the United Kingdom. 

Have you checked your dashboard now that you are back in the UK, to check that your SIM has been activated, have you bought a plan to allow you to use the Smarty service ?
