Ported old number now incoming calls going directly to old network voicemail

@JohnQui_2273358 when was the port completed? Just now? Sometimes it takes time for the new number to settle on the new network and for everything to route correctly inc. calls & texts.

Might be worth pinging a message on the web chat incase they are able to reset your voicemail and get it working quicker? I checked my mailbox the day after porting and it seemed to work in the end.

@JohnQui_2273358 In addition to what @jassingh says, also may be worth turning phone off and then on again to try and force it to link to the network correctly.

Good advice from @jassingh and @MSF 

Networks do advise that porting can take up to 17.00 hours, with others (Vodafone) saying it can take up to midnight. 

When I ported my number to Smarty in June, when the porting process was complete, I received both a text and email to tell me that the port was complete. I then switched my phone off and back on again, and everything was working as it should.
