So today, the 26th, is the day with my Plan resets, which has happened cept the figure is not right, instead of 60gb, I use about 30-50 a month, it's now only showing 30gb available yet displaying double data?
I also recent switched from 50gb a month to 60gb
Anyone?

Sorry to hear that you have a problem. I seem to remember seeing this issue before due to a system glitch, but it was resolved. I suggest a webchat with Support Team so that they can check your account.

I had similar. Logged on Sunday (my renewal day) morning and it was saying I'd run out of data, yet I was still able to access the web! A few hours later it said I'd renewed with 30 GB for £10. This am (Monday) it says I've got 59.15 GB of data left. I don't think it's the hour change. Might be they do it all by hand. Just hope their code's not written in COBOL.

I find when it renews, it does that strangely..
