Recently switched to Smarty from Vodafone. All is working fine apart from one number (well one so far) that when I ring it comes up as invalid. Whats App messages to same number work ok. How do I resolve this? I've got a Samsung handset.

IIRC, this issue, also for someone who switched from Vodafone to Smarty, cropped up recently.
I can’t find the thread though.
It’s worth deleting the contact and re-adding it, using the international number format +447xxxxxxxxx
If that doesn’t work, you would need to start a webchat with a Smarty agent.
Do let us know what the resolution is, as it would be useful if other people have this issue in future.
