Strangely, if you look at Smarty coverage checker: https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/952738-network-coverage
and then put in a Tonbridge postcode TN10 etc, it suggests that there is no coverage at present. May be an idea to web chat with Support to see if they can shed any light on this for you.

Try checking for faults at your location @LB580.
Do this online at https://www.three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support, using your postcode.

Same up here in the North east, certain parts ok, other parts no data, phone calls fine but data is pathetic at times. Pity as I like the simplicity of smart but u may have to move. Thought maybe my phone but we have 2 phones and both the same. Also granddaughter got a smarty contract, she gas now moved to voxi

Same here in the northeast of Scotland, from Dundee up to Aberdeen, for at least 4 weeks now! I understand that it's Three who are upgrading to 5G, from what I've heard, but it's not on to leave so many customers without mobile data for so long.
Regretfully, I'm leaving Smarty because of this issue, which is a pity, but it's no good to anyone if they can't provide a service.
