CALLS TO A VOIP NUMBER

I'm unable to call a Sipgate(voip) landline number from my smarty mobile.

None of those, it's 056.

Unfortunately, that number would not be covered by your plan's calls allowance, @RichardBr_81563. 

You'd need an add-on to cover out-of-plan charges, such as calls to 056 prefix telephone number/s.

I've solved this issue and it maybe of interest to others. Sipgate my voip provider allow me to have a UK landline number (01) for free in addition to my existing number, this works!
