Account paused
Today 01/03/24 is my monthly renewal date. I've just checked the dashboard and it says my plan has been paused. I haven't paused it, does anyone know how to unpause my plan?

Hi this issue is from smartys end if you check your account at 12am on your renewal date you will notice it says paused but it isn't paused and your phone will still be working calls texts and data will still work smarty take there time to take payment could be the reason but as long as call texts data is still working you just have to wait until smarty take payment which could be at anytime on your renewal date smarty need to fix this as it's confusing customers and shows that the service isn't perfect
