How daft is this. SMARTY sent me two sim cards. I put one in my phone and they activate the other one. What rubbish is this.

Does the wrongly activated SIM work?
Did you particularly want the number assigned to the inactive SIM?

What activation process did you use? Were you required to input the number; is there any chance of an error there?
If someone at Smarty made an error, although I can understand that it is inconvenient and frustrating, I'm sure that it can easily be sorted with a web chat to Support Team.
.....Or can you use the sim that has actually been activated?
