How daft is this. SMARTY sent me two sim cards. I put one in my phone and they activate the other one. What rubbish is this.

I have transferred from bt to smarty. My old number has come across but I can't use my phone to call anyone. It says there is no network. Smarty are useless. No telephone to ring anyone and no help on the chat which takes forever. What a rubbish comp...
