Why won't anyone reply

2 days I've been trying to get someone to help me get adult content turned off  why am I not getting anyone to help me?

This is the Smarty community forum, we are Smarty users just like you, we do not work for Smarty - Obviously, this means WE DO NOT GET PAID TO ANSWER FORUM QUESTIONS

We answer questions when and if we can, just like you, we have families, busy lives, jobs, etc. 

As I stated  before, your question has been asked, and answered, almost daily - search and ye shall find an answer !

Apparently, there are two certainties in life, death and taxes. Actually, it’s five certainties :

1. Death

2. Taxes

3. People buying a Smarty SIM without first checking the coverage where they live, work and socialise. Then moaning that the coverage is poor.

4. People not reading the FAQ and complaining they can’t get their phone to work abroad (You need to change the APN to “mob.asm.net”)

5. People asking everyday “How can I turn the adult content filter off ?” Again, read the FAQ, which tells you what to do if you don’t have a credit card. Or, just use a VPN !

Pretty much every conceivable question has already been asked and answered multiple times, in addition to being covered by the FAQ.

Once again, this is a community of Smarty users, we do not work for Smarty, nor do we get paid to answer questions on the forum. We do it because we want to and fit it in when we can. However, there are less and less of us willing to do so. In my case, having been told to f*** off by a forum user, still a member somehow, who took umbrage at me pointing out that him asking questions about his back up SIM on 1p Mobile on this Smarty community forum was not the correct place, as he should be contacting 1p Mobile, elicited the “F*** off” response, does make you wonder “Why bother ?” to be honest.
