Smarty wont let me use my old email that I used to have with them before years ago. I want to use my old original email so how do I get them to delete that old email so that I can use it on a new set up with Smarty?

Please contact our customer support team so we can scrub your email from our systems, once this has been done, you can re-join SMARTY using the same email address.

Hi it was an old account that was closed but the email was not deleted, its going to happen so so that I can re use my old email, many thanks ๐
