I have bought an add-on yet cannot see it in my add-on history. My data has finished and I keep getting messages telling me so yet have an add-on I’m unable to use. Please help.

Please speak with our customer support team so we can clarify the add-on purhcased and if it is the correct one to use for when your data has run out.

@SK12  I think that you should firstly check what type of add-on you put on the account. Take a look at the Price Guide pages 13-17: https://cdn.smarty.co.uk/files/SMARTY-Price-Guide.pdf?_gl=1*1sl4i3*_ga*MjA5ODc3MzU1My4xNzI2MTM1Njc3*....

If you have purchased the correct one and it does not show after an hour or so, web chat with Smarty Support for them to investigate.
