I am new to Smarty and I have just received my first voicemail message. While I hear the commands to listen to my messages, it does not tell me how to delete a message, skip to next etc. Is there a voicemail commands guide? Most importantly how to delete messages! I have tried pressing 3 and lots of other numbers with no luck.
Hi @SimonMo_2554956 that's very strange! 3 is the number to press if you'd like to delete a message - what does happen when you press this out of interest?

Yes I recently ported to Smarty. When I press 3, the line just goes silent and then after a wait of about 30 secs, the automated voice says "Main menu, to listen to your messages..."
