Using my phone in Canada

I go to Canada on Monday 20th March.

Can I use my phone there or do I need to do Anything.

I have already got a £15 Add On

Can I use WhatsApp in Canada.

You should be able to use your out-of-plan add-on in Canada @GordonM_1872598, although £15 might not go far if you're using your phone a lot while roaming in Canada.

To use mobile data in Canada you'll to setup the APN as detailed in the online help article:

To use WhatsApp in Canada you'll need to have a Wi-Fi connection, or mobile internet connection.

As @Chalkychap says but you will need a fairly good connection in order to use WhatsApp on wifi. Some places deliberately limit wifi as they don't want a few people hogging the whole bandwidth.
