@sheri3466 We don't know what country you are in. Outside of the EU countries data costs anywhere from 10pence to £5 per megabyte so it can be very easy to eat up that sort of credit. Prices are given in the Smarty Price Guide.
Just to give an example, I went out for two hours and did not use my phone for anything but it still used 1.67 megabytes (just checking things I suspect). Roaming in a non EU country in Roaming 1 Band that would have cost me 17pence.
