Help!!! I bought over £30 to use abroad. It’s gone and I’ve hardly had my phone on. I then put another £15 on- and got a message saying I’m almost at a £45 limit. Genuinely don’t know what’s happened. Can’t find out where to get help. 

I have an iPhone 15 pro max, unlocked. I’ve recently started getting message saying ‘sim error’. Have to restart my phone. What should I do?
