I’ve recently switched to Smarty and transferred my number using a PAC. Since then, my contacts have been telling me that they’re receiving my texts from a different number. I also, eventually had a call off the NHS who had been trying to get hold of me and said that they had been unable to get through and their call was answered by someone else who gave them abuse! I’m the only one to access my phone! Help

Okay @JanHines1957, if you're still not receiving any calls on the number you wanted to keep, it could be a split-port. The SMARTY switching team would need to rectify this problem.

Have you tried a NETWORK RESET, @JanHines1957

This often fixes this issue and the process will be explained in your handset user guide.
