Voicemail.
As I have a poor or non existent signal where I live , telephone calls are unanswered resulting in a possible voicemail. This of course I cannot respond to because my phone is not operational.
I sense a theme in other messages that a poor signal is a common problem.

If you have Wi-Fi network access where you live, have you tried using the SMARTY Mobile WiFi Calling service, StanB?
I live in a mobile not-spot, and the SMARTY Mobile WiFi Calling service works really well for me.
I am surprised that there are so many "poor signal" posts do people not know about WiFi calling or how to activate it? I find it strange that it is not flagged as a selling point?
