Did you check the coverage of Three, Smarty’s parent company, where you live, work and socialise ?
Are you using a Smarty SIM in a router as a replacement for fixed line broadband ? Smarty do not recommend this as a long term solution for fixed line broadband..

@Adamfinn86 Possibly a poor signal area, poor signal due to building characteristics or congestion on the mast
