Cruise

I’m going on a cruise to the Caribbean from Miami and wondered if I will be able to use my smarty package whilst on board? Do I need to do anything to my phone? Buy an upgraded package?

Transfer number issue

My number was transferred to Smarty which is showing on the account however the given number from smarty is showing on the phones of the people I call, why is this happening and what should I do?

Digital Sims are not yet available in Spain. I wish to use my IPhone 13 (which has a Smarty nano sim ) in both countries. Can I swap my Smarty Nano sim for a digital Sim so I can have a Spanish Nano sim as well?

Group Plans

I am a Group Plan owner with a data sim and also a member with a mobile sim. If I don’t renew the ‘owner’ sim does the Group still continue with the member sims in that Group?  Anyone running the same scenario? Thanks.

Resolved! SIM problem after network outage.

The network outage that was experienced by Three and SMARTY customers last week l don't know if was the cause of my SIM going bad. All l know is that aftderwards my phone would take best part of 10 mins after switch on for it to connect to the mobile...

Sim-card waiting time

Hi,In your opinion, what's an acceptable waiting time for the new Sim-cards? My one came in after 2 days. Last Friday I ordered 3 more for my Family. Still nothing. How long I should wait?
