So @JJP2RidesAgain, slightly confused by ISP Review article, showing Tesco Mobile top on 83%, and SMARTY 2nd on 82%. 

Given Tesco Mobile have ~5 million customers, their sample size might have been larger than SMARTY Mobile in the survey.

How did "Which?" survey decide to make SMARTY top-dog?
