Unlimited data plan enabled - data usage enabled. But isn't working??

Hi. I've a new android phone, and put my Smarty unlimited data sim card in and activated it today.

Despite following the Smarty tutorial and Google search for how to turn on my mobile data, when I turn off my wifi to test the phone's mobile data, it acts like it doesn't have any mobile data.

What gives? I'm in the UK, and only need it in the UK too.

@J9 Firstly, did you give it an hour or two to activate? Turn off and then on again to encourage connection.

If your Account Dashboard shows that the sim is active and has a current Smarty Plan showing, you can do a Network Status check to look for any local mast problems.
