SMARTY app notification - how to view and clear?

Today I’ve had an app notification from the SMARTY app.  I saw it briefly and now I have a 1 next to the app showing me it’s there…but as far as I can see there isn’t a way to view it or clear it?
Anyone else had the same experience, or know how to access this in the app?  The app is iPhone, on the latest version of IOS

There is another post on this topic exactly. Seems like something that has turned up today. I have suggested contacting Support via web chat so that they can search for a glitch.

I’ve got exactly the same, I posted too before I saw you had, I’ve looked everywhere on that app but god knows how to view anything or clear it??

I’ve logged this with SMARTY both via chat, plus via email support, with a screen shot.

Yes, I have also just done that after reinstalling to no effect.

To get rid of it until it’s fixed go into app settings, notifications and uncheck “badges “.  After SMARTY has fixed it just recheck badges again.
