Im unable to make or recieve calls or texts for a couple of days now! keeps saying emergency calls only. I really need this sorted. ive had nothing but issues with smarty since moving over with calls going through to my VM and no notification of vms, texts taking two weeks to go through! not being able to make calls!

@NareenH_2237815 Have you checked Network Status for your postcode? https://smarty.co.uk/network-status-checker
Smarty runs on Three network and so they may be limited in what they can do if it is a mast problem.
