@TomRank_1381634 Are you saying that the SIM card regularly needs a clean before it will work?
Have you had the phone checked out for a fault because that sounds very unusual. You could also order a replacement sim via your account dashboard to see if that makes a difference (Your account may be suspended until you activate the replacement though - security measure to protect you in cases where sim is stolen)

It's highly unlikely that that's the case.
What's more likely is that your device is not fully compatible with Smarty's 4G calling (see this page for more info), but that calls work briefly after a reboot of the phone. You can test this by rebooting your phone without doing anything with the SIM, then trying to make a call.
