Making and receiving calls from abroad

Hi 

I cannot make or receive calls from abroad (non EU). I was recently in Paris and everything was working but now outside of the EU it doesn't. I have added £3O of add-on but it is still not working. I can send messages but cannot receive them. 

I have made the APN changes, restarted phone, airplane mode etc.

Can someone advise.

Hi @Leef you'll need to make sure that the add ons you have are 'out of plan' add ons and not anything else like data add ons as the SIM won't work in this case. You can only use the SIM outside of the EU with 'out of plan' add ons.

@Leef  As well as the advice from @Tascha about the type of add on you purchased, have you tried stopping the auto-network search on your phone and checking each network that appears in the manual search list?
